INTERNS AND WORKING STUDENTS AROUND FRANKFURT/MAIN FOR FINANCIAL ENGINEERING IN C++

 

Our Technology team is seeking energetic, highly motivated interns and working students who have a passion for financial engineering and programming. BUSINESS ANALYST

Business Analysts at Maravon are "true consultants" right from the start and are full members of an engagement team. They typically work on one or more engagement tasks, therein carry out quantitative analysis, conduct interviews with clients, do market research, develop strategy and business concepts and coordinate their results with their engagement manager. They are exposed to a wide range of engagements, from which they gain a broad range of industrial and finance experience. Typically Business Analysts become Consultants after one year time.

 

CONSULTANT

Consultants and Business Analysts perform many similar tasks, but Consultants carry more responsibility from the outset. Their work is often more complex and its scope broader. Most Consultants remain in that role for one to two years before becoming Senior Consultants.

 

SENIOR CONSULTANT

ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Engagement Managers play one of the most important roles within our firm. They are the interface to our clients and build up long-term relationships with them. In addition they are responsible for engagement results and budgets, they communicate the project status to the Partner in charge, they overview the big picture and the details, they guide their team by establishing the conceptual framework and providing key ideas, they develop their team by assigning them tasks and giving them feedback. Last but not least they develop acquisition papers and tools. While their projects may span the entire range of our consulting work, they generally focus on a single industrial or finance area.

 

PRINCIPAL
Principals are recognised and elected as "Partners-in-Training". Principals are seasoned consultants who have demonstrated exceptional intellectual, organisational, client management, and leadership skills. Principals are responsible for acquiring and managing a number of engagements and to act as mentors for the next generation of young professionals.

 

PARTNER
Partners have a direct stake in Maravon. Like Principals our Partners are seasoned consultants who have demonstrated exceptional intellectual, organisational, client management, and leadership skills. Our experienced Partners manage either an entire business line or a local office. Together with their Principals, they are responsible for acquiring and managing a number of engagements. Partners are Maravon's representatives in the business community.
