8. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. The competence courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have sole jurisdiction in connection with any proceedings brought against Maravon.

9. Data Protection
Maravon hereby agrees to adhere to the German Data Protection Act. Under this Act, any postings, information given in any form maybe kept on record for archival purposes or as requested by law. In all other instancies, you may request that Maravon squashes your information upon your written request.
